Huge thanks to Liu at the front desk for her thoughtful service during our stay. She was efficient, handled check-in smoothly, and was incredibly patient and friendly. Her excellent service added a lot of comfort to our trip, and we were very satisfied. Highly recommend! Also, a big shout-out to our shuttle driver, Dan Zhuchao, who gave us a great commentary throughout the ride. Fantastic! The hotel views are also absolutely stunning!

The room was clean and the resort offered a good variety of activities. The rainbow slide was included with our package, but other activities required an additional fee. The kids absolutely loved the hotel's infinity pool; it was perfect for a dip on a hot summer day. Our butler was also very attentive and provided excellent service.

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.

On a short family trip, we were very satisfied with our stay overall. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly and proactively reminded us about the water show times and shuttle pick-up points. The hotel environment is quiet and secluded, and it's close to the scenic area, making it a great choice for families with children.

None of the advertised activities, like the pet park, horse riding, or go-karting, were open. It might have been a weekday, so they probably just didn't staff them due to the low number of guests. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear every bump and bang from the floor above.

We opted for the Nanshan Heyuan Kaiyuan Mingdu Resort at the last minute. The hotel had a refreshing environment, and our butler, Xiao Xu, helped us arrange a room on a high floor with a wide view, surrounded by bamboo forests and mountains. The staff were also very warm and friendly.
