Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

I stayed for three consecutive days. When the boss learned that I was not driving, he provided a pick-up service and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel is in the mountains, surrounded by bamboo and tea fields. It feels isolated from the world and is very suitable for vacation and relaxation. I live alone, but there is a housekeeper who also lives in the hotel and the safety facilities are complete, so there is no need to worry about safety. There is a hill in the hotel where you can fish, dig bamboo shoots, pick tea, and there are free bicycles to ride, so you won’t be bored. When I left, the boss gave me freshly dug bamboo shoots and fresh peanuts. It was a very happy journey! Special thanks to the cook, Granny, who saw that I didn’t order soup one day and wanted to make a bowl of soup for me. It feels like my grandma, very heartwarming🥰

Check in was not that easy since nobody was at reception - it was however very late in the evening. Rather than that everything was very good, nice accommodation, cleanliness, organisation. Thanks! Rafael

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

Spotless rooms, comfy beds, and excellent housekeeping. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and great breakfast options. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for cleanliness and comfort!

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! There was a surprise when I stayed at Kaiyuan for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to the duplex parent-child room on the 3rd floor of the villa for free. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The children had a lot of fun in the parent-child room upstairs. After the rain, we took a walk in the hotel's 100-acre tea garden and the sparkling Swan Lake. An unexpected surprise happened again. Three ducklings chased us and played all the way. The children couldn't bear to part with them and clamored to take them home. Before leaving, the children reluctantly said they wanted to stay for another day, but they had to go to school and could only come next time!
