The service was pretty good, and the surrounding scenery was nice too. The hotel breakfast was decent, and enjoying the hot springs in the evening was quite a treat.

Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

We want to highlight the work of the English-speaking assistant Angelia who supported us throughout our entire stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her help was absolutely invaluable—from check-in to handling any requests. She was always available, assisting with translation, recommending restaurants, and even helping with minor everyday issues. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Not too much westerns food at breakfast, mostly local food.

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

I stayed for three consecutive days. When the boss learned that I was not driving, he provided a pick-up service and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel is in the mountains, surrounded by bamboo and tea fields. It feels isolated from the world and is very suitable for vacation and relaxation. I live alone, but there is a housekeeper who also lives in the hotel and the safety facilities are complete, so there is no need to worry about safety. There is a hill in the hotel where you can fish, dig bamboo shoots, pick tea, and there are free bicycles to ride, so you won’t be bored. When I left, the boss gave me freshly dug bamboo shoots and fresh peanuts. It was a very happy journey! Special thanks to the cook, Granny, who saw that I didn’t order soup one day and wanted to make a bowl of soup for me. It feels like my grandma, very heartwarming🥰

Check in was not that easy since nobody was at reception - it was however very late in the evening. Rather than that everything was very good, nice accommodation, cleanliness, organisation. Thanks! Rafael

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using Meituan set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

Spotless rooms, comfy beds, and excellent housekeeping. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and great breakfast options. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for cleanliness and comfort!

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!
