L’hotel è moderno ,con stanze spaziose e luminose frigo bar ben rifornito, accappatoio e pantofole ,all’arrivo la stanza era pulita ,però abbiamo pernottato due notti e non hanno rifatto il letto e nemmeno pulito il bagno . Il bagno ha la porta scorrevole trasparente . La colazione un po’ scarsa x un quattro stelle

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Wir mochten die Lage, unkompliziert, direkt an der Autobahn u. Schnellstraße nach Ljubljana. Große moderne Zimmer, sauber! Frühstück in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei. Gasthof auch zu empfehlen…..

L'hôtel est bien situé. Les chambres sont très belles, joliment décorées, design et confortables (matelas mou, mais OK). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct et le café excellent. Notre expérience a été gâchée lors du check-out, car le prix facturé était supérieur à celui annoncé. Et, on nous maintient le contraire. Passez par Booking ou TripAdvisor pour réserver, en direct vous pouvez avoir une surprise - négative ... d'autant plus que nous avons du payer plus cher en direct que via ces plate-formes de réservation. C'est dommage

Le persone più oneste che io abbia mai conosciuto. Personale molto a disposizione, camere pulitissime, prezzi onesti! Siamo arrivati qui dopo un guasto alla macchina, da subito ci hanno dato le camere senza mille domande. parlano Italiano, inglese, francese... Quindi tutto molto facile.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Für unseren Hund musste noch 20,00€ Extragebühr bezahlt werden und die Kurtaxe musste noch vor Ort bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück, klärte sich im ersten Gespräch leider sehr schnell, gibt es erst ab 07:30Uhr. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, mussten wir schon früher los und somit würde das Frühstück für uns auf jeden Fall ausfallen. (Hatten wir extra mitgebucht und natürlich nichts erstattet bekommen) Zudem fragte ich direkt ob es einen Balkon gäbe (das war ein Hauptpunkt wieso wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben). Es wurde gesagt, dass jedes Zimmer einen französischen Balkon hat. Auf dem Zimmer: - Einrichtung sehr schön - Sauberkeit mittel bis gut - ziemlich dunkles (oder wenn man den Vorhang hoch macht vom Parkplatz einsehbares) Zimmer - Bad hatte nur eine Zuziehglastüre - sehr einsehbar und zudem hört man alles - Balkontüre gab es und diese führte auf einen ca. 30cm breiten Blechboden eher wie ein Fensterbrett (Bleckabdeckung) und außen dran war eine Glasscheibe. Es sah nicht so aus als könnte man dies als erwachsene Person betreten. Haben wir auch nicht gemacht. Wir haben uns dann online eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Also Achtung kein Balkon und nur Gemeinschaftsterasse! Zimmerblick entweder auf die Straße oder auf den Parkplatz. Hotelzimmer+Kurtaxe+Pauschale für den Hund - nichts wurde uns zurück erstattet, obwohl wir nach 5 Minuten wieder ausgecheckt haben. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Kroatien mit Zwischenstopp aber dieses Hotel wird uns nie wieder sehen.
