The Chelsea

We had a wonderful multi-day stay at The Chelsea. Simon arranged an early check-in and was warm and welcoming (along with his family) throughout the stay. The room had breathtaking views and bedroom and bathroom were clean, incredibly comfortable, and had thoughtfully selected Welsh snacks and toiletries. The full breakfast kept us going throughout long hikes and we spent time relaxing in the side garden when needing some down time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Llandudno, as it is located perfectly.

If you want a relaxing place to stay, choose The Chelsea. It is close to the Great Orme Tram and The Pier. A short walk to the main shopping area, and the many restaurants, catering for different tastes. The most important part of my stay is the lovely people who run it. They are always there, 100% for their guests. The rooms are so beautifully clean. There are some nice areas in the hotel, and you can make use of these facilities, to eat your own food, if you do not want to go out. "Thank You, Simon, you are without doubt the most patient man ever. "

Fabulous accommodation with a super location. Just a short walk to the promenade and tramway, yet in a residential area affording peace day and night. Superb en suite room, well appointed and quality products provided in the bathroom and on the tea tray! Exceptional breakfast. As invited to do so, we made use of the dining room and conservatory one evening after dinner, bringing in wine and a beer and using the glassware and games kindly provided. The garden is lovely, games and seating also made available to guests. Our host, Simon, and his family were very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommended for your stay in North Wales.

Situated about 30 mtrs from the tram station and about 150 mtrs from the pier and prom. This exceptional b&b was perfect for our needs and Simon was a great host ably assisted by his family. Breakfast was superb with Simon providing all locally sourced produce (the bubble & squeak was to die for). The property was immaculately clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Stairs are a little steep but we managed. Well done Simon and family and you'll be our go-to next time we're in town for sure.

We stayed at The Chelsea last weekend and had a very good experience. The hotel and rooms are lovely and Simon is a great host. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Llandudno next.

The Chelsea B&B run by Simon and his family for us is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Superb service, lovely breakfast, clean and tidy with decent sized rooms. Slept well in a large bed and very quiet. Simon was so friendly being attentive and informative and nothing was too much h trouble. We have stayed mainly in more expensive B&Bs in Llandudno that are not a patch on The Chelsea. Thanks Simon.

We visited this exceptional B&B over a week ago and once again Simon was keeping up the high standard that we had on our last visit last year. Always a magnificent breakfast served with a smile and as usual on hand if needed for advice.We had such a great time full of laughs everyday in this wonderful establishment so thank you "Pep" and your team. We couldn't fault our stay at The Chelsea. We arrived slightly earlier than planned but it wasn't a problem for Simon. He showed us around the B&B and let us have the keys so we could go off exploring for the day. The location of the B&B was perfect for visiting both beaches and for a walk up the great orme. Our room also came with a parking space which was an added bonus. The room (King Superior) was large and clean and the shower room was extremely spacious, it was a perfect room for our family of 3. The breakfast was lovely and we loved that our daughter had access to the outside garden, where she couldn't wait to play with the outdoor games. Seeing all the children who were staying in the B&B play together was lovely. Simon was a perfect host, his friendly, knowlegable and helpful advice on the local areas was greatly appreciated. I can highly recommend the chippy at the end of the road for tea. We brought ours back to the B&B and ate it in the dining room to avoid sharing it with the seagulls. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect guest house in a great location so close to town.we had an excellent bedroom and a brilliant breakfast. Simon was a fantastic host.
