I initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

Cannot fault anything about this hotel. Lovely room with Seaview and great breakfast. Free parking available on the road outside or off-road at the rear of the hotel.

Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool considering we were there in a heatwave. The fridge and binoculars were a lovely touch! As some people have commented, it is a little walk from the pier and shops (approx 15 mins) but we liked that as it wasn't too busy or noisy (considering we were there when England played in the middle of the night!). Also it was nice to have a stroll after tea along the prom which is perfect for any mobility problems as it's nice and flat. Parking is side of the road but it was never a problem for us and our car was always within sight of our room. Llandudno itself is lovely with a brilliant selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a couple of retail parks. Well worth a visit! The only negative point I will make is about the great big new 'Venue Cymru' on the sea front. It is an imposing building but nothing was on when we were there in July! Even if it's tribute bands or something it gets people through the doors. What a waste! Thanks again to Nathan and team, see you again soon.

Nathan greeted us with a warm welcome- especially with parking. The guest house is a little gem in a great location served with a lovely breakfast. Our room was spotless, only negative was it was a small double room but we only booked last minute and was the only room available. However I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Really nice hotel, the room was clean, well equipped and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

it's actually a B&B not a hotel as claimed in the listing, that being said, I've stayed in much worse so called hotels, 2 issues, neither small, thaty i've found, black mould on the shower heads and the 1 key that opens the room door and the front door, meaning that all the locks in all the rooms are exactly the same, might as well just not have any locks...

Nice welcome at the hotel on arrival Booked last minute to avoid a 4 hr round trip on a very hot day. Room clean, bed comfy, nice linen., decent bathroom and shower. Binocs in the room ( sea view). Fridge and complimentary water. Biscuits / tea coffee. Advised due to heat , if we wanted more water to help ourselves from the fridge in reception. Cooked breakfast order taken on arrival. Good choice of additional items in the morning ( toast fruit cereal, yoghurt). We "dropped on" booking here, and would certainly book again, quieter spot on the prom at Craig y Don, we can highly recommend.

We had a lovely 2 night stay; the hotel is in a quiet spot but close enough to walk into town and all the attractions. Nathan and the hotel team were wonderful throughout, from a very kind welcome to helping us throughout our stay. The room had a beautiful sea view and was clean, comfortable and provided with everything you need. Breakfast was great. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!
