Haversham House - Adults Only

This is a fantastic place to stay! Fabulous decor, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is gorgeous. They have thought of everything that you may need in the rooms, and are cleaned , beds made, even the towels are changed/folded. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have been 3 times now and Lee and Karl are great hosts. We have booked to go twice more and this is our go to place now in Llandudno.

5* all the way, room fantastic, everything spotless clean, breakfast take your pick it was gorgeous cooked perfect for us. Lee, Carl and Cath amazing team, nothing was too much trouble for them. Outstanding says it all , from the moment you arrive and are greeted by hosts Karl & Lee to the moment you leave nothing is too much trouble, our room was spacious and spotlessly clean as is the whole of the guest house , the room as a great choice of TV channels , toiletries & Tea tray , the breakfast is superb freshly cooked also choices of cereal ,and sets you up for the day . The location is quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the town centre, Orme tramway and promenade. Highly recommended, this guest house is so good we’ve already booked our future stays .

Absolutely gorgeous B&B , spotlessly clean run by lovely people in a very quiet spot , have always stayed in a hotel when in Llandudno but this was by far better, breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted with plenty of of choice , would definitely come back, than you for a lovely weekend.

Stayed at Haversham House for 2 nights with my husband mid November, our 2nd stay. It was just as perfect as our 1st visit ! Room 3 on the 1st floor was elegant, spacious & warm, the guest house is spotless throughout, there's a very comfortable king size bed, 2 easy chairs, plenty of wardrobe & drawer space ,2 windows overlooking the front street & car park with a lovely view of the Great Orme. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it & is again spacious & spotlessly clean with everything you might need. The guest house is perfectly located for walking in a few minutes to the seafront, pier & eating places on Upper Mostyn Street etc, perfectly positioned. The breakfast was brilliant, fresh fruit salad, granola with fruit & yoghurt or cereals to start then the most delicious, huge & good quality cooked breakfast served piping hot, the best cooked breakfast we've had in a b&b ! It really sets you up for the day. Finally the jewels in the crown of Haversham House are Lee, Karl & Karl's Mum Kath, they're so lovely & friendly, the perfect hosts ! They're so welcoming & helpful, you do truly feel like staying with friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be returning xxx Loraine & Andrew.

What can we say from start to finish our room was very clean our bed was very comfortable put in a mini fridge with milk alcohol and water the towels got changed if we use them breakfast was serve 8.30 to 9.15am great choice there was cereal fruit yogurt tea coffee fruit juice menu had a list of item for cook breakfast it was so good delicious choice of white or brown bread I would recommend to my family and friends
