Aparthotel Las Mariposas

After a delayed flight and our transfer not being available (as MTS Global do not operate after midnight if this is the company being used for your transfer, we had to pay for a taxi and had to wait 2 hours for one) we arrived in the early hours. Reception is manned 24 hours and we were able to check in and bought water. You have to pay a €100 room deposit, which was returned to us on check out and we knew about beforehand, so budgeted for that. We also paid €25 so we would have the room on the last day instead of the 10am check out, due to our flight being at midnight. The staff were always very helpful, the friendliest was Lady the dog. For value for money this was an excellent hotel. We always stay in aparthotels, so we can at least do our own breakfasts. As with most aparthotels we have stayed in, they are basically equipped (never had a jug, whisk, lemon squeezer etc in any). You will also need to bring/buy cloth, washing up liquid etc. We are not going to moan as we had a great stay; there is a lot of room in the apartment and the hood bits outweighed the bad. Our shower screen was broken and taped together, the extractor hood was broken - just a few things that were a bit rough around the edges. The towels were changed every 2 days; the water was always hot and the shower was powerful. The beds were a little on the hard side. The air con, if anything, was too cold and we had to turn it off. The coffee in the bar was excellent and what food we had there was also excellent and there was such a variety to choose from if you didn't want to venture out. It was also great value for money. The swimming pool and area is very well kept, it was never overly busy and we always had a sun lounger ( we have been to other cheaper hotels who charge to use them). The Fenals area is the quieter end, which we much prefer, but you still have everything you need. The large supermarket is only 5 minutes walk. Our biggest wish, would be that there be laundry facilities as we really wanted to wash our beach towels. Would we absolutely stay here again, absolutely would we as we had a great time!

Absolutely fantastic Aparthotel with everything a person needs for a great holiday. From the minute we arrived until we left everything was perfect. Early check in as we arrived on an early flight from Shannon. Staff are all so nice and responsive to any request. Our room was great, on the second floor with a pool view, AC worked perfectly. The pool was really nice and never over busy, could always get a sun bed. The range of food and drink on offer was also fantastic and with good prices. The Aparthotel is on Fenals side so nice and quiet but less than 10 minutes walk to Fenals beach and around 15 minutes walk to Lloret de Mar beach. There are also supermarkets close by along with a wide range of restaurants and bars. The local celebrity "Lady" the dog adds to the atmosphere and she is scored by everyone. 10 out of 10 for staff and overall experience. Keep up the great work, it was a pleasure to stay with you for 10 days. We will return.

Brilliant apartments within 10 min reach of all activities. All staff were very welcoming and the rooms had everything we needed for a week's stay self catering. Costin behind the bar was such a great bartender and looked after us from start to finish. We will miss lady coming to see us every morning for a chin scratch bless her. Will definitely be back in the future. Bar food was great value for money and drinks prices were cheap. Thank you for a great week away x

Just returned from 5 day stay, no ides why this hotel is a 1 Star, it’s more like a 3, great staff, good cafe/bar, very peaceful stay, on our last night quite a few groups of lads arrived so I can imagine it could get quite noisy later in the season, luckily we only had families and loved every minute, only negative is the apartments are paper thin so you can hear lots of noise from next door and upstairs.

I’ve just returned to the UK from a 4 night stay here on my hen do. The rooms are modern (more up to date than some of the website pics) Staff are friendly and helpful. Snack bar is really well priced and good food for a quick bite to eat. The pool is a total sun trap! Over all we got what we paid for :) and just a short walk to the main strip :)

Had the best time, great apartment, great location and great staff, food was good, went above and beyond for us at the end of the season when they were closing down to go and get more beer in for us which they didn’t need to do definitely be back

Lovely hotel staff friendly rooms great cafe nice as well booked for next year already as really enjoyed our stay and brilliant value for money

The apartment room is very clean, shower had a nice pressure 👌🏽 everything you could ask for in a room. Food was very tasty from the bar downstairs, smashed burger in particular. Alejandro the bar man is so pleasant and makes a beautiful sangeria. Couldn’t recommend enough for a nice holiday 😎☀️

Amazing wee holiday we were here last June and liked it that much decided come again me and my son having great time again so far, place is clean rooms nice shower is good too , staff are all friendly and welcoming ,the hotel is out the way but not too far a walk too shops 5 mins down road so nice peaceful here, pool isn’t too cold unlike some hotels I’ve been too recently pitty weather not been too great but still had good time will definitely be back too hotel las Mariposas next year Thanks Callum & Corey
