酒店遠離主路，是安靜的。設施有點老舊，房間較小，貴在精緻。早餐倒是讓人失望的，不過國外早餐大抵如此，沒啥值得期待。

Mario and Juan Jose are spectacular humans and went out of their ways to make us feel at home, inform us of where and how to navigate, and provide invaluable advise about our stay (as snowboarders)
The people working the front gate are also amazing and we would stay here again and again.

Couldn't sleep well. The noise and vibration heard is unacceptable. The air conditioners are old and vibrate vigorously. That vibration is heard and felt in the neighboring rooms. In my case, my neighbor had it all night on and I had to sleep with the vibration of such motor in my head all night. Unacceptable. I couldn't rest at all. The receptionist didn't give any solutions.

It was good to stay in this hotel, very cozy, fill secure, good ambience, great service, very clean, bed very comfortable. We recommend this hotel when you visit the city of Santiago.

La verdad pase un mal rato, aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el citofono estaba malo y para más problemas nos aparece un raton en la terraza. Hice el reclamo esa misma noche pensando que nos cambiarían y nada. Mande mail al hotel esperando una respuesta o alguna compensación por el mal rato y nada.

El hotel está muy descuidado, cuartos viejo, puertas que no cierran bien. Curiosamente el restorán que es bueno es separado del hotel la atención es buena. Jardín muy lindo pero hotel necesita un upgrade importante. Además el desayuno no está incluido y uno lo debe tomar en restorán te al lado

El hotel está en una buena zona (aunque alejado de lugares comerciales ) pero el estado no es el mejor. En la habitación no funcionaba el tv , tampoco la calefacción en un cuarto (y hacía frio) y se nota que es un hotel de varios años con una lavada de cara.
