Great hotel, worth the money, a basic room but spotless and everything you need. Clean bathroom. Great views over the lake from the balcony. Perfect breakfast with lots of options, and the most friendly and welcoming staff! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Locarno.

Basic Hotel with everything you need. I had a single bed room with a nice balcony partly overlooking the lake. Room is basic and dated, but everything works and bed was comfy. You get what you pay for. Breakfast was good and staff very helpfull

Perfect location, a stones throw from the boat dock, funicular, bus/train station, lake front and centre. Reasonable price, spotlessly clean, comfortable and functional, with good air con and balcony. A perfect base to explore the area. One drawback, despite really good sound insulation the Moon & Stars Festival did affect our last nights sleep.

Hotel senza grosse pretese, perfetto se si cerca una sistemazione per una notte prima del rientro del trenino del foliage come abbiamo fatto noi. È vicino alla stazione e a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Grande, dal balcone della nostra camera si vedeva anche il Lago (a due passi dall'hotel). Le dimensioni della camera erano nella norma, piccolina ma con tutto l'essenziale, anche in bagno c'era tutto l'occorrente per un breve soggiorno ed era finestrato. Gli arredi un po' datati e la pulizia del bagno non era perfetta ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo era equo in quanto Locarno non è una città proprio economica. C'è la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche in tarda serata attraverso una cassaforte con codice, la ragazza con cui abbiamo fatto il check-out si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile e ha mostrato interesse sul nostro soggiorno e su eventuali criticità (che però non abbiamo riscontrato). Ci ha anche fornito degli sconti per un paio di ristoranti e per mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo non abbiamo provato la colazione quindi non posso esprimermi su quest' ultima.

Per rientrare in Sardegna, dopo una vacanza nella bella Locarno, con enorme dispiacere stamattina lasciavo l'hotel "La Rondinella", dove mi sono sentita come a casa. Confermo tutte le recensioni positive lasciate da altri ospiti. Un albergo a 2 stelle con trattamento da almeno 3 😁! Stanze spaziose, confortevoli e soprattutto pulitissime. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Colazione genuina e varia per ogni gusto. La posizione centralissima fronte lago, permetteva di trascorrere piacevoli serate. Che dire altro, ci tornerei ogni estate! Grazie dell'accoglienza allo splendido staff che ci ha coccolato durante tutta la vacanza!!!!!

Tolles Hotel mit einer genialen Lage! Wir waren für 2 Nächte für ein Konzert am Moon and Stars. Das Hotel ist perfekt dafür, alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Stadt (4. Stock). Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Herzlicher Empfang, sehr zentral gelegen, nahe beim Bahnhof und sehr nahe der Promenade und dem Zentrum. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist da. Frühstück grosse Auswahl und sehr persönlicher Service 👍komme immer gerne wieder. Danke
