The room was really unexpectedly good. It was very comfortable. The environment was beautiful. Very clean and hygienic. The breakfast location was also beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here. This room type is really profitable. A small detached villa.

Lovely, cozy, clean hotel near Sengigi. Friendly and polite staff. I booked the hotel for 3 days, but decided to extend my stay. The hotel has its own black sand beach. Beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The hotel area is clean and green. The hotel's interior is in Indonesian style. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Delicious food in a restaurant on the beach. I am very pleased with the choice of hotel. I will definitely come back here again.

Purimas Resort, with its unique atmosphere, has a special yet very calm atmosphere. It would be a good choice for those who want a quiet rest. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The service staff are very polite. The beach of Senggigi is less crowded and clean.

This hotel was booked on the same day and I am very satisfied. The advantage is high cost performance and warm service. On Senggigi Beach, just one hotel away from Quincy. The layout design is small and exquisite, and watching the sunset in the restaurant is also beautiful. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is a bit small, there is no beach outside, it is a reef, but it should be possible to go down from the edge to the beach of other hotels, and you can also walk.

Disappointed, after reading previous reviews our expectations were high, sadly not lived up to. website information is incorrect, the hotel does have children , nothing against children we have our own but requested a hotel for adults only for a holiday. No mini bar not a biggie but fridge was dirty and ‘kitchen area’ also dirty. Had to ask for sun loungers in our villa apparently’ should have been there’ Generally staff very helpful but did not look happy. breakfast al la carte not available if hotel is full as it is ‘too complicated for the kitchen’!! Alternative buffet basic and unappealing with limited choice, egg option available and help yourself basic coffee table . Had one lunch on the last day and served raw chicken and burnt spring rolls! come on this is not 4 service

Absolutely loved my stay here with my family in July. This 4 star hotel is lovely and we had two large villas each with their own pool. The grounds are well groomed and the infinity pool on the sea front is great. There are a few things like TVs and minibars missing from the rooms but this really didn't matter and we just enjoyed our surroundings. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so happy and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They made our stay perfect. We had such a great 4 night stay here, can't wait to return! Thanks :-)

I had the most relaxing, wonderful vacation at Puri Mas! From the time I booked my room, the staff was helpful with every question I had via email. I booked the hotel shuttle to get me from the airport to the hotel and it was easy to find the driver as he was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. I stayed in the Quirky Garden room and loved it. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The room came with a kettle, water dispenser, coffee and tea, toiletries, and a hair dryer. There was no tv but that didn’t bother me. The breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit and your choice of a hearty or sweet breakfast. When I stayed, breakfasts were a mix of ala carte and buffet. Dinner was very good and the staff friendly and attentive. The pool was a great place to relax and I thoroughly enjoyed that vacant loungers around both the pool and beachfront were easy to find! I booked the snorkeling trip and a trip to the waterfalls through the resort as well. Both trips were wonderful and I highly recommend! Though be warned that if you opt for the waterfall trip, the second waterfall has a fairly strenuous hike involved and I was grateful that a guide was included in this booking as he helped me get across the river stream and sometimes slippery stones. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Puri Mas for helping make my stay so enjoyable! I will definitely be back and bring my family with me when I return!

This is our second visit to Senggigi. Puri Mas is a special place and has exceptional grounds, a nice setting and rooms that are as advertised with high quality beds. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and appreciated the fresh fruit and omelettes made to order. The price for value was excellent! The front desk was very responsive. The pool area is relaxing and two for 1 happy hour was good for sure.

We were met at the airport by resort staff and whisked away in a great ride at the same cost as if we tried to hail a cab. Once at the resort, we had to keep pinching ourselves to make sure we were not dreaming! Our villa was so well appointed (our own filtered water station for refilling bottles), we even had our own pool which we swam in too many times to count! Breakfast was made to order (rather than buffet) and such great healthy options to get us going for the day (house made yogurt!) The entire staff was amazing and got to know us by the end of our first day. They really were watching out for us and spoiled us. Anytime we wanted to have an adventure, the front desk would arrange it for us, all of our guides were kind, funny, and patient, and the cost for these excursions were less than if we tried to book them ourselves. We can hardly wait to return, thank you Puri Mas!

After being lucky enough to travel to many countries in the world, we always return to the Puri Mas. We have just returned from our 4th visit and are missing it desperately. We travelled as a family, with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. She was looked after and made to feel very special. It is difficult to describe this hotel in words. As a previous review said, it is 'heaven on earth'. Although the hotels position and grounds are beautiful, it is every member of staff that works there that makes this hotel ' a home'. From the gardeners, housekeeping staff, resteraunt team, reception, management and all the unseen staff that keep the hotel running a massive thank you. I'm not quite sure how you do it, but what you do makes the Puri Mas an extremely special place. If you are reading this review, undecided whether to stay there, please don't hesitate, you won't regret it. It is an unforgettable, extremely special place and thank you to you all for welcoming us into your family.

The hotel has the most stunning gardens, every where you look has Indonesia’s design incrypted details. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was clean and perfect n size for a few laps. The hotel is far from the main restaurant ***** but the staff can book a taxi for you, which costs a £1.. Our room was spacious and clean, free water was provided for our stay, this means less plastic for the environment. Our bed was very comfortable and conducive for sleeping. I highly recommend this hotel, it will give you a very relaxing vacation.
