This hotel is chosen by lots of families with kids. We enjoyed our stay. London in general is quite boring but if you need to visit the downtown area, we would recommend this hotel.

the location is good and the service is wonderful. We enjoyed the stay there. We will stay there next time in London.

This is nice hotel, the rooms are not too small, but some rooms’ heater are not really warm. Rooms are really clean.

The necklace fell on the bedside table in the hotel. When I went to pick it up the next day, he refused to admit that he had found it. It was obviously taken away by the cleaning staff. The manager kept making excuses to cover it up. It was disgusting.

Nice room, great location, gym, swimming pool, basketball court, convenient for traveling in the city center

Room facilities are not complete enough

酒店外觀有點特色，三層樓高的古老軍火庫造型和高層樓的現代酒店結合在一起。在酒店裡停車一晚要40多加幣，我們自行找了附近停車，便宜很多。我們入住後發現一個床的被套，床墊和床單有很大一片濕的，起先服務員沒有任何歉意，衹説給我們換一下床單和被套，當我反覆要求對於床為什麼有這麼大片濕的原因給與解釋（但沒有得到合理解釋），並表示作為一家高檔酒店收費一晚1800多，不應該是這樣的服務水準，隨後酒店經理給我們換了一個房間，並且贈送了我們雙人早餐一份。説起這個自助早餐，品種少得可憐，甜品糕點不好吃還不新鮮，看到了小飛蟲在甜品罩子裏的糕點上飛，太噁心了，我也當即向服務員反饋了， 怪不得沒見到其他住店客人吃自助餐（他們都是單點的），看在這份早餐是免費的份上，湊合著吃飽就算了。總之對這家酒店的服務水準是很失望的。
