We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a good experience. The room was spotless and very well maintained, and the amenities were great. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service from check-in to check-out. The main downside was the location. While convenient, the street was very noisy throughout the day and night, with nearby shops playing music and constant heavy traffic. Light sleepers may struggle with the noise. There is on-site parking available, which is useful, but we were disappointed to find it cost £15 to park. Given the price we paid for the room, especially during a busy concert weekend when rates were already increased, we felt parking should have been included. Despite these issues, the cleanliness, comfort and facilities made for an enjoyable stay overall.

What a wonderful experience! This charming and quaint place exceeded my expectations. I booked it last minute and was fortunate to find availability. The staff were incredibly kind, allowing me an early check-in so I could freshen up and drop off my bag — such a thoughtful gesture. The location is excellent — easily accessible right off the main road and conveniently close to Kilburn Station. Despite being near a busy area, the interior is impressively quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was especially delighted by the elegant dressing table, a lovely and unexpected touch that added character to the space. Overall, a delightful stay — I’d gladly return!

The room was nice & clean

The hotel is quite old. There is no elevator. If you have any luggage, you have to carry it upstairs. The room is very small. The street is very noisy. The hygiene is acceptable. There is wifi.
