We have had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for many weeks every year since 2003. Having been through many hotel refurbishments in the bar, restaurants, common areas, The Level and rooms, (and whilst the location is excellent for us and The Platinum Melia Rewards is a great incentive), the staff draw us back. Spending (far too much) time consuming copious amounts of food and drink in The Level, we particularly want to commend Carmen, who, with her Spanish charm has been a feature for several years, and welcome back Hossain, our friend, who briefly disappeared to Room Service. Hossain runs The Level with professionalism and humour. Always greeting us (and all guests) with a cheeky smile, he is the eiptome of hospitality. He goes out of his way to keep everyone happy and his enthusiasm is infectious. These characteristics permeate to his staff who are so very attentive when he is around. We hope you recongnise Hosssain for these qualities and greatly look forward to seeing him on our return in the summer.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The level lounge is especially charming and very much appreciated and needed. Bedrooms are very spacious and well layed out, plenty of storage which is always welcome. Housekeeping maintain the hotel to the highest of standards and are very friendly and diligent in their duties. Food and staff are wonderful and make your stay so relaxed and ensure all your wishes and needs are are catered for. Breakfast is beautiful and very tasty. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and will be returning.

Unforgettable experience thanks to Fred and the rest of the team, they adapted to our needs at all times and offered us fantastic evenings. We are from Madrid and they have a high quality Spanish product that makes you feel like you are in Spain, we highlight the croquettes and the lamb. We can't wait to return to London to live this type of experience again. About the hotel was in an ideal location and was very comfortable for me and muy family

The Meliá White House is pretty amazing! I had a comfortable two-night stay at the Meliá White House, which provided all necessary conveniences for my work trip. The bed was quite comfortable, and the tapas was amazing. I love the hotel's concept and design. I appreciated the pleasant staff, especially Zubair, who looked after me during my stay. I'll be back!

First visit here and struck by how friendly all the staff are. We were in our room by 1pm which was great. Great size room with space for everything. The robes supplied were very poor, small, shrunk to a very small size and no belt to tie round the waist! Definitely need replacing. But otherwise no complaints. Breakfast definitely one of the best buffets I have had in a long time. We will be back.

Our first stay here for our 7th anniversary and it didn’t disappoint, we didn’t get there till late so just missed the tapas but had a few drinks in the Level and were looked after by Amo, he was so polite and helpful! We had dinner in Bar 35, I would definitely recommend Sabi was brilliant she couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing, as were the cocktails. We stayed in the level premium room, very spacious, clean the waterfall shower was definitely a nice touch! Breakfast selection was amazing as well, definitely something for everyone. I’d certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be returning for a longer stay next time!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, The staff are amazing I loved the breakfast menu and the tapas was delicious, specially Zubair in evening was very attentive and friendly . He used to make me soya latte with vegan and gluten free food separately. Highly recommended hotel.

We loved this hotel for our weekend stay in London. We had a modern comfortable room with some fabulous art! The highlight for us was the breakfast at 'The Level'. The choice of food was fantastic .. the best we've had in a London hotel. Delicious food and really friendly staff. Magdalena was super helpful. The layout of this restaurant was very relaxed and the whole experience really was special. It was a great start to the day. We will be booking again for our next London visit 👌
