Very comfortable but a bit far from Central London. The bus stop just infront of the hotel.

Quite new hotel, friendly staff, good location, close to the transportation, quick trip by jumping onto the underground to the Centre London. We have lived here a few times, will definitely go back again.

Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.

We had an amazing stay Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰 Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby Staff were kind and helpful Highly recommend!

The hotel’s check-out time is clearly 12:00 noon, yet a staff member rudely knocked on our door at 10:45, asking if we were checking out. My family and I were still fast asleep, and we were absolutely furious that she disturbed and woke us up so early without any valid reason. On top of that, the hygiene was terrible — there was a lot of hair all over the floor. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for guests’ privacy, rest, and basic cleanliness.

The service provided is considered as very good. The restaurant food is also fine. The location is convenient for buying daily needs.

The hotel is generally okay, but it doesn’t quite meet the standard of a four-star property. The facilities feel a bit outdated, and the room became too dry when the air conditioning was on overnight, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Stay was lovely! It was quiet, clean and all around pleasant would recommend for short or long stays in london. Super easy to get to the city centre :)

The room is comfortable and large

I was greeted warmly and was also informed that I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and clean and the note in my room informed me of my member perks which was a late check out which I was also able to take advantage of. Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days.

Only 5 mins away from North Action Station. Great services, nice room and the breakfast is good. A new Chinese supermarket nearby, but could find any restaurants around. There is a huge shopping mall, Westfield, in Whitecity, which is just two stations away. Price paid is good value for money 😉
