People always on the door to let you in. Lift and stair access. Lots of shops around and near the tube station. 45 min journey to get to Wembley

Excellent place to stay.... near buses and tubes so easy to get around. Staff were Excellent and everything was great.

It was worst experience in my life.. When see the room, it was dirty, and given twin bed for couple 😆…. then talking about the issue with members of staff, said need to talked about it with your agency …

The facade is absolutely stunning, and the location is superb, right on a corner facing the square, directly opposite a church, and with a supermarket behind it. The dining street is just a minute's walk away. The metro is about a fifteen-minute walk. There's a bar right on the ground floor. It's quiet, and the front desk staff are incredibly nice. The only minor drawback is the elevator; it's quite old-fashioned – so old-fashioned that once it reaches your floor, you have to manually press the button again for the doors to open. It's actually quite charming in its own way!

I don’t really feel that this hotel deserves a 4-star rating. A 3-star rating would be more appropriate. The room had an inclined wall, making it very small and uncomfortable. The bed sheets were not changed, and there were lots of hairs and stains on them. We were only given one room key card, and even after requesting another, we didn’t receive it. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
