The hard decoration of the public area of the hotel is hard to describe. I don't know if it's due to aesthetic differences or the designer's deliberate mystery. The panel near the elevator uses a similar old metal material, but at first glance it looks greasy and stained with fingerprints. The room is not as high-end and cold as the official website photos. The details of the room maintenance and cleaning cannot be seen according to the high domestic standards. There is a big gap with the level of the Four Seasons I stayed in before. Slippers, bath towels, and bathrobes are all made of very rough and thin materials. Bedding is the only good comment, as always at the Four Seasons level. The concierge is still very active in opening the door, and he can take the initiative to say hello and help with directions. It's just that when we left the hotel, the concierge took the luggage tag when he saw that there was a large checked luggage that needed to be loaded onto the car, and he didn't show up until we loaded the luggage onto the car ourselves. It felt very bad! Public transportation is quite convenient. The TowerHill subway station is a few dozen meters away from the hotel. It's a few minutes' walk to the Tower Bridge, which is suitable for punching in. Once again I have to emphasize that the bedding is really great, which wins back a lot of emotional points. Overall, it can only be said that it is barely worthy of the 5k to 6k price tier among London hotels, but compared with the Four Seasons brand standard, there is a big gap.

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The location is also good, I am very satisfied with it for a few days!
