The price was great and the facilities were good too. However, since we visited in the summer, it was unbearably hot in the rooms, and there was only one fan to share among 6 people. Also, I was on the 4th floor, so it got hotter the higher up you went. I recommend not going in summer or asking for a room on the lower floors.

Nice location, staff are very friendly, the room smelled not so good tho and the bathroom was not so clean.

Interesting experience. Because I needed somewhere close to Imperial College London and only planned to rest for about seven hours, I chose this hostel for its excellent value for money. The four-bed room was a little stuffy and damp, but otherwise everything was fine.

Location is unbelievably good, beds are a bit creaky and lockers make lots of noise if you're a light sleeper. Overall though, what you get for the money is fantastic. Would stay again.

Great location, next to Queen’s gate of Hyde Park. Acceptable cleanliness, but hair and dust on my bed.

Great location to park and museums. It's clean and the staff are helpful. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped. Would return.

The location was incredibly convenient for me, very close to Kensington Palace, the Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and the V&A Museum. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the subway station. The only downside was that you couldn't sit up straight on the bottom bunk bed, which was a first for me!

the location and environment is quite good. and the common room and kitchen and the service are good too. But because there’s no lift, it’s hard to visit if taking the big luggage. And it’s difficult to sleep if living in 6 people room while heat wave, it’s really hot.

It’s good for 1 evening stay! I stayed in the 5th floor. No lift though so if you are carrying big bag. It might be very difficult. Location is fine, 15 min away to any Underground/train station.

For this price in London, you really can't complain much about the location. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a fan. It's close to the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum. The downside is that it's not actually that close to the tube station; it's a bit of a walk. There isn't a large supermarket nearby either; you'll find those closer to the tube station. The bus is convenient, but they're never on time! You need to bring your own padlock for your luggage. The drawer under the bed probably won't fit a large suitcase.

They didn't provide body wash or anything, and there was nowhere to put my toiletries in the shower, which was inconvenient. It was also very noisy outside, so I didn't get much sleep. I guess that's to be expected since it's on the cheaper side for London.

It was quite good, but some staff members came in without knocking, which was a bit impolite.
