Excellent value for the money. Location accessible for buses going central. Metro and train stations are 17 min walking distance. In the vicinity you can find malls and convenience stores like Lidl and Tesco. The hotel also provides ironing table and flat-iron for clothes, liquid soap & shower gel, air conditioning, cable TV (was able to watch the World Cup football matches) and a backyard great for sipping coffee or juice. The staff was very nice and helpful. HINT for Europeans: don't forget to bring a power plug adapter!

The room size was perfect for one person, not cramped at all. The front desk staff were very friendly; they explained the breakfast service and the drink machine in the lobby, and always greeted me when I came and went. If you turn right out of the hotel, there's a Sainsbury's supermarket a short walk away. The location is a bit out of the way, but there's a bus stop nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a good experience! 👍

Clean, kind, unlimited free hot and cold beverages ( limited - but a big plus!!) and common kitchen -living room area 24/7. Breakfast at 5 pounds is cheap. Tell the front desk guy how you want your egg. Extras like peanut butter / jams avail. Halal option (& I think I saw small boxes of cereal). The front desk clerks went above and beyond to answer questions, help with technology / change in electruc systems ( adapters avail to buy - or maybe borrow). I felt this was a real bargain - within walking distance of 3 train stations & busses everywhere.

We stayed here for a total of 9 nights and were very satisfied with our experience. ✨ Location: It's in Zone 3, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away and a metro station a super convenient 15-minute walk. No worries about transportation, no matter how late you return to the hotel. ✨ Safety: Although the area has a higher concentration of non-locals and can be quiet at night, it doesn't feel unsafe. ✨ Service: This was what we were most satisfied with. The front desk staff were all very friendly and couldn't be faulted. ✨ Hygiene: The room was very clean, though the bedsheets were a bit old, but acceptable. The hotel also provided unlimited drinks, coffee, and water, along with a microwave, which was a really thoughtful touch. Also, the room was surprisingly larger than I expected and could easily fit two large open suitcases. It would be even more perfect if the hotel could provide a safe. I forgot to take pictures of the room, though! 😂 Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is great for solo travelers in London. The front desk staff, an Indian gentleman, was incredibly helpful. He even stored my pack of three Haagen-Dazs ice creams in the fridge for two days! Breakfast is £5 per person and includes bacon, two slices of bread, hash browns, a runny fried egg, and a liquid I couldn't quite identify – overall, quite tasty, but do check for chef's hair. The restaurant's drink machine is free, offering water, lemonade, and orange juice anytime. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel; a 15-minute ride will take you to Stratford, a major transport hub with a large shopping center for all your retail and dining needs. Getting to Gatwick Airport early in the morning (around 5 AM-6 AM) takes about 50 minutes, but I'd recommend budgeting 80 minutes for the journey.

there are staff in the front desk majority of time, the location is a bit far from central london but still accessible by bus or elizabeth line, very clean room tho a bit small but fair enough for two people and in such budgeted price

Very friendly and helpful staff. For the price, it was a very comfortable room. Also extra free coffee and tea available. Quite good location with bus stops around and good connection to Stratford. Recommended!

We needed a place to stay for one night after the Gorillaz performed at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. There would be three of us myself, my wife and our adult daughter so I booked a twin room. When we arrived it was easy to book in, the room was clean with two double beds, air conditioning, kettle with tea and coffee, a TV and our own en-suite bathroom. Perfect for a nights stay after a late night at a concert. We returned about midnight where there was a friendly member of staff on reception desk, which was great as we had a small issue with the lights in our room. This was quickly resolved by the staff member. Beds were comfortable so we slept well. When we left in the morning checking out was done quickly by another friendly staff member. On our way home my daughter suddenly remembered that she had left her airpods under her pillow. A quick phone call to the hotel on the morning and a few emails and her airpods have been returned. So for a friendly, clean and comfortable stay I highly recommend Hotel DC near Stratford International.

The Hotel DC was easy to find. Its situated on the main road so location is good. Upon arrival, the man at reception was friendly and welcoming. He checked me in, gave me directions to find my room and even helped me to hold the door for me downstairs. Facilities: during check in I was offered a wide variety of drinks. There are 2 drink stations for guests and the best part is that all drinks were ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!. 1st was cold drinks and the 2nd was hot drinks. They also had a microwave and another machine for making toasties e.t.c. The facilities are an excellent idea!! Amenities: the room had a tv, air con, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. Room was simple but clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Room amenities were satisfactory except for one issue. There was no side lamp in the room. I would definitely come back and stay at DC Hotel and I would also recommend other people to stay there.

Impossible for 4 people to live in the room. The real room is much smaller than that in the photo. We are forced to book another room because the original one is too crowded.

This hotel is absolutely awful. The environment is mediocre, and it's quite a distance from the subway station. Plus, the room service is terrible.
