The room is small but exquisite, and the location is great. There's also a small supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. You can even watch sports at the lobby bar.

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay here.

Very disappointed with the size of the room. Very small. Felt like an enclosed box. Very dark with no view at all. I thought I had booked a court side view.  The bathroom was very clean but absolutely tiny.  The receptionist made out that we were getting an upgrade so I dread to think what original room would have been liked.  The receptionist offered to have our bags taken up to our room when it was ready. We checked in early as my husband had a hospital appointment. When we arrived later in the afternoon the bags were still at reception.

The deposit hasn't been refunded yet, which is really bad. It's also hard to get through when calling.

I left somethjng in the room and email the hotel, they just reply once said they are going to navigate and get back to me, end up no reply at all afterwards!

good location, clean hotel rooms

Very clean and new hotel. Staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far from underground, but walkable to attraction like Big Ben or London eyes. I had a good time staying at this hotel!

Nice location, room is clean

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Checked in very late, around 00:30, was happy to pay virtually whatever as have heard good things and was nearby. Was upgraded to suite #1404 by a lovely member of staff at reception. Beautiful room with amazing view of Westminster. Will defiantly be back :)
