Great airport hotel with direct walk‑way access to Terminal 4, felt really safe staying here. Room facilities are generally good. However, small details could be improved. One power socket in my room was loose and wouldn’t hold plugs properly. Just note the price can fluctuate a lot, so you may see big price differences at times. I chose Premier Inn T4 at Heathrow since I was flying to Dublin the next day. This was my second stay here. There's a direct walkway from the departures level to the hotel. The rooms aren't huge, but they're quite clean, and it's one of the best value-for-money hotels at Heathrow Airport.

GLUTEN FREE REVIEW! Wow. This is genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms of the safety regarding allergies. When arriving for buffet breakfast I was asked if I had any allergies. I informed the staff that I had celiac diseases and therefore couldn’t eat gluten. I was given 5 mins to read the allergen sheet, at which point a lovely staff member came over and insisted that I ordered my meal to be cooked separately (instead of the buffet to avoid cross contamination) This is the first time I have been offered this at a free hotel breakfast. I was also offered a change of cutlery! I work in the area and have eaten dinner here before (delicious burger and chips cooked in separate fryer) but this was the first time trying the breakfast. I am extremely grateful of the restaurant staff making me feel safe. It really means a lot to me. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are always super comfortable. The WiFi is fast and the check in is smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone gluten free/celiac/other allergies. Stress free allergen free start to a holiday or work trip!

About a 10-minute walk from T4, it's perfect for a relaxing overnight stay after arriving. The cleanliness and tidiness made up for its slightly small size. The breakfast was excellent, definitely worth trying!
