A brilliant location with a incredible view of St Paul's cathedral. Reasonable facilities, some of quirks to the apartment that is growing tired in some areas. They require a security deposit which isn't indicated in our initial booking and I am still awaiting its return.
The shower was blocked but after an email they came and unblocked it.
Overall, I would definitely stay again and rate the apartment a positive 9/10.

Brilliant location
A very short walk to Blackfriars station, meant i was minutes away from the tube. Quieter than i thought it would be. Great to have extra room and kitchen facilities for a longer stay in London

Good size apartment, condition is poor and stains on curtains and walls. Hygiene was concerning. Very small sink in both Kitchen & bathroom.

Place was nothing like in the pictures, quite run down and unhygienic. Old style single glass sash windows out onto the back of a pub that didn’t close properly, very noisy. Worst part was that they overbooked and I got the scare of my life having a stranger being in my apartment when I came back after being out for a work meeting with all my belongings in there. Totally unacceptable and left as felt unsafe and the stranger would not leave. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Central location but noisy because of that, but expected.
Apt was a good size and well equipped but the mattress was the worst I have ever known. Really needs to be replaced.

The type of accommodation and the type of check-in caught me off guard. I was expecting a hotel or at least something with personal contact. The fact that no one was available by phone and that I received various emails from different senders demanding that I upload ID or transfer safety deposits online made me so uncertain that I actually wanted to change my booking. There were also no instructions in the apar**ent itself about how to use the fuses or how to use the refrigerator. For someone who is not familiar with apar**ents and English electricity, this was very annoying.
