My stay at Premier Inn London Beckton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly demeanor. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy—true to Premier Inn’s reputation—and ensured a restful night’s sleep. The temperature control in the room was perfect, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the DLR station just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get into central London. Despite its proximity to transport links, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the ample parking and the smooth check-in and check-out process. Premier Inn London Beckton is an excellent choice for anyone visiting London, whether for business or leisure. Great value for money and exceptional service—I’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel is 360 degrees worth. Room, service, food, location: very good. From Heathrow airport take Elisabeth line + light train, walk 100 mt and you are arrived. To Stansted airport take the bus at 100 mt and in 20min you are at Stratford station. Walk for 100 mt and you are connected with the City. Strongly suggested.

The service staff were friendly.

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from DLR Beckton. The hotel has only one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The closest shops are McDonald's, Asda supermarket, Li Tao Yuan Restaurant and other small shops within a 6-minute walk. If the hotel needs to clean the room, it must notify the front desk before noon that day. As a result, after the notification, I returned to the room that night and found that the room was not cleaned. In addition, the front desk staff has a good attitude and is willing to answer guests' questions.

Very clean and tidy, very close to the bus station, very convenient

This was our third stay at this particular Premier Inn, I've only given it three stars as it is looking a bit tired. The staff on reception are friendly and welcoming but some areas could definitely do with a bit of a make over, especially the adjoining Brewers Fayre. The positives are that it is well located to access the DLR and was reasonably priced. They had introduced parking charges since our last stay which did come as a surprise.

Unfortunatley while staying at the hotel our van got stolen, which is a key part of our business. After finding out this happens reguarly, this was quiet disappointing to hear that no measures are put in place to protect peoples vehicles. Unless parking security changes, I would worry about parking any vehicle at the hotel again. Other than that the hotel is acceptable, and the staff are friendly.

I arrived at premier in London Beckton and upon checking in was greeted with a warm smile from both Alexandra and Renata, who were very helpful, pleasant and proffesional. They booked me in very swiftly and explained everything i needed to know. Dinner time, breakfast time and where to pay for parking. Was lovely to actually be greeted by people that seem to want to help

Bright clean comfortable room and bed. A good night’s sleep. Furnishings modern and new. Good location 4 minutes walk from DLR train. Restaurant on site food and choices excellent. Retail park nearby.

4th time staying here. So convenient for DLR. Excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable accessible room. Easy to sort parking with a discount from reception Food in restaurant is extremely good value for money and very nice.

Great stay over two nights in march'26. Staff are friendly and the rooms for a premier inn are very clean and tidy. The only small issue is parking. The parking app for the company that owns the car park is very bad. You can't seem to pay for parking via the app. Though you can do with the machine next to the reception area. This could of been better stated on signs. Though this int really the hotels fault, since the car park is owned by a different business

Travelled from Cornwall with family and teenage children. The rooms were not ready, so we had no choice but to leave our luggage in the secure boot of our car. We parked directly under CCTV, thinking it would be fine. Returned later that evening to find the windows smashed and belongings gone!!!!! My teenage daughter is still traumatised by this whole experience now! Stay at your own risk! After much investigation, it seems like this is a regular occurrence here.
