There's no front desk, so you'll need to provide an email password in advance, so check-in is basically self-service. I just checked in and tried to log in for over three hours, but couldn't. Customer service wasn't very helpful either. The location is generally safe.

This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location

Very close to Pimlico underground, easy walking distance from Victoria coach station. The property was immaculate and the amenities are all there microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. Superb value.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful inside with lots of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were priceless and the location to the train station was about 15 min. The property managers were excellent. Would recommend this for any traveler to London!

Fantastic location to stay. Great access tomlical shops and very comfortable studio with everything you need. Very clean and i felt at home while away for work!
