It was an average hotel. Nothing very special. Location is good and convenient.

Excellent attentive service at reception, good clean, air conditioned room (on a very hot day!), very convenient location.

The receptionist promptly addressed my concern about water dripping from the air vent by relocating me to a different room. I stayed there for two nights and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable thereafter

cleanliness : The bedsheets are yellowed, and the toilet drain is super smelly, so every time you open the toilet door, you will smell the stench. It's so uncomfortable. Location : It's hard to get a taxi. Basically, I only managed to get a taxi once in my 4 days and 3 nights. And I waited for 30 minutes. The driver kept circling, either unable to find the hotel or not driving to the hotel entrance. It was really troublesome for me to walk to a farther road to get a taxi. It's really bad if you are in a hurry! It takes 8-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station. It's not far away, but it's very inconvenient to carry luggage. Service : Because my flight was delayed, I checked in a day later. The counter lady who helped me check in looked disdainful and impatient. She didn't explain the hotel flight services to me clearly, including not telling me where to eat breakfast, as if I offended her. amenities : Nothing.

Service was great ! Managed to check in earlier than expected and we were offered the lounge to freshen up while waiting for our room. Location is great ! Walking distance to tower bridge and borough market. Apart from the renovations and toilet being small everything was great.

Such a nice hotel, they were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade on check in, and there was a microwave and ink added in the room. Water bottles which were refillable, and a really great location for central London!

Reallly grat hotell and THE bed was dreamy comfortable! Would highly recommend! Also the free flow coffee machines in the lobby is great !

Value for money, nice to stay

The facilities are rather old; the lighting is dim, and the hairdryers are quite old and prone to breaking down. The cleanliness is good, but it's only cleaned every other day. The location is convenient and easy to find, but the service is just average.
