The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though there was some noise. The breakfast was good, especially Mr. Vasimin, who speaks Chinese and was very enthusiastic.

Great location! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but well-maintained. The breakfast here is quite good for London, even though it's typical English breakfast fare, it's much better than other places. Recommended!

The transportation was very convenient, and the service throughout was excellent. When checking in, there was a guy who kept trying to interrupt and ask the front desk staff questions. The receptionist firmly said, "I have a guest here, please wait a moment. I need to finish with my current guest." Thumbs up to her! The luggage storage was also very convenient, right off the elevator.

Honestly, quite a letdown. First off, when I entered the room, the previous guest's food was still in the fridge, not cleaned out. The room was incredibly small, making it hard to even put down my luggage. There seemed to be a general lack of service, and communicating with the front desk felt like a constant push-and-pull. Compared to my later accommodations in the UK, I didn't feel any warmth here at all.
