Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

Good experience.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

Not recommendable for long stay.

The person at the front desk was nice and let me check in early. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a hair dryer.

The staff has been excellent - Armando and ILze also gave me good advice and service. The location is also very good for resturants and cafes. Room was very clean and comfortable. Balham has everything you for a wonderful trip. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great service, managed to check in early without any hassle! Rooms were spotless! Hotel’s in a great location, lots of shops, restaurants very close by! Would definitely stay here again! Very friendly staff, chatty and smiley, very helpful!! 😊

Nice and comfortable bed. Clean room. Easy access. Managed to get parking literally right next to the hotel just off the main road. The manager Armando was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Had a couple questions before my stay so called the hotel and Ilze was very helpful in answering them. Thank you :)

Armando was very helpful, and friendly. Lovely receptionist made us feel very welcome for our stay. Helped us with where to get food from, and the area we was staying in. As we wasn’t prepared for the weather as we came from Birmingham, he allowed us to borrow some umbrellas. Would definitely recommend coming. Room was clean and comfy thank you !!

The hotel is on a great location and staff are friendly. However I was in room 109 and it stunk of BO and had springs popping out of the mattress.

Had a friendly welcome and easy access to the room. Has good transport links nearby. Plenty of places to eat and drink around. Were happy to hold our bags for us for the rest of the day while we spent it out and around

Good pillows. Excellent shower. Nice and Clean. We arrived back rather late on our first evening but that was no problem. Our man on the desk, Armando, was very helpul. We were able to leave our bags behind the desk, while we went out to lunch..

We had a great experience with Travelodge Balham. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We were very close to transport, including underground rail and surface rail and buses, and also shops and other amenities. Our stay in the hotel was great a value experience.
