My brand new charger have been stolen, I only took my filing bag to get a visa, there's no chance I lost it. Every time I go to the front desk, I will be hung there for a long time before I solve the problem. There's no water, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer, and the paid Wi-Fi keeps going out. There was also a loud machine noise coming from nowhere in the room. And the duvet sheets have small yellow spot on it.

Nice location, with a bus stop and metro very close by. The room was nice, with decent bathroom.
The bed was squeaking very bad, it made it hard for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with not much to choose from besides English breakfast.

Vraiment bof. Au tant l’emplacement était bien, juste devant le métro. Mais la chambre était très bof. Ça sentait l’humidité. Pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre.
J’ai attrapé d’ailleurs une bronchite au bout du 5e jour.
On a demandé 2 fois à ce que le ménage soit fait… On sortait on revenait ce n’était pas fait.
On devait aller demander nous même que les serviettes de bain soit changé…
Vraiment bof bof.
Je recommande pas trop.

Clean and tidy and so close to the train station (literally 30 seconds). Hotel looks like it has been done up, staff were friendly and when asked about a hair dryer popped to get us one. Breakfast looked good, array of hot and cold options, I didn’t eat was fairly hungover. Bar prices were not eye watering either, so all in all a convenient place to stay in the heart of Vauxhall. Would gladly stay here again.

Overall my husband and I were impressed but here are few observations we made. There was no toothbrush and paste for guests, and there was no air freshener in the room and bathroom.

Stays here are a bit hit and miss and unfortunately a big miss this time. The shower is a bit outdated and had a fixed head, the room was not that well cleaned (crisps and stuff down the chair), noisy bus announcements because the windows are poor quality and not insulated, the lifts are smelly and the last night I barely slept because of internal noise (which included members of staff). Really not impressed this time
