Overpriced Lack of quality service Not worth money

Amazing location, and excellent service!

Excellent hotel

For over 5,000 RMB a night, this room was a complete rip-off. The cleanliness and facilities were down to the standards of a budget hotel like Home Inn in China. Upon checking in and opening the door, I was greeted by a messy, haphazardly folded carpet in the bathroom, and towels that looked like they'd just been used and were crumpled up. It immediately struck me as unhygienic and unsanitary, as if they'd used the belongings of a departing guest… The concept of "value for money" simply doesn't apply; it felt like I'd been ripped off. If it weren't for my child's activity being held here, I would never have stayed here! The duvet cover even had holes, and the pillows had hair from previous guests…

The hotel is located opposite Hyde Park, with a BIG BUS stop right outside and about a 5-minute walk from the subway and bus stations. The facilities are up to standard, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the service is satisfactory. The only minor flaw was the central air conditioning system; it was extremely noisy when running, and even when off, there was a noticeable humming sound that didn't stop. I'm not sure if this was unique to my room.

The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the hotel is very beautiful and clean, and the location is also very good. It is close to Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, and it is convenient for shopping.

The location is in a high-end community. It's a 3-minute walk to Hyde Park. The hotel is elegant and the rooms are large. The Chinese guy at the front desk is very nice! All the staff will take the initiative to greet guests and ask if everything is okay. Very considerate!

The location is excellent, the environment is good, and the hotel has its own restaurants. It is within 30 minutes walking distance from major shopping malls. London hotels are old, broken and small, and the cost performance is almost negligible. However, when titanium gold is everywhere in China, I unexpectedly succeeded in upgrading to a suite in London, which touched me. It also requires a lot of money. The size of the suite is completely different from the standard room.
