Very nice hotel in London located in the heart of the city, the bedding and the pillows are quite comfortable. The hotel also leaves a great impression walking inside.

The room was decent. The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye.

Hotel is in good location. Near Big Ben and London eye. However I like to share to all in the following : It takes me 2 minutes and 40 seconds to walk to the lift lobby from my room. 1. **Day 1**: There were only 6 tissues left in the box. 2. **Day 2**: The tissue box was neither refilled nor checked. 3. **Day 3**: The ice pad was left in the ice bucket after collection and wasn’t returned until I mentioned it to a helpful manager.

Extra charge us GBP 100 , check out said everything clear, no additional charges. So trouble that need to email to hotel follow up! Price not competitive!

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

Located right next to the London Eye, the location and views are unbeatable, and the breakfast service was superb.

We were seriously misguided by the hotel. We booked a Duplex King room with room overseeing river Thame and London eye. We were proposed to a room with Big Ben and Westminster when we checked in, the cost mentioned was GBP 100 for this upgrade and GBP50 for breakfast per night and complementary for my daughter. We have confirmed the upgrade and paid. Though later the day we think it would be very rush given our stay is less than 3 days, would be wise to skip breakfast, we called the front desk and they asked us to talk to the front desk, we later appaoched the front desk and asked to cancel just the breakfast and the staff said will reimburse for us. When we checked out, we noticed no refund was made, we talked to the front desk who said the offer was GBP150 per night to upgrade the room and breakfast and no refund would be made. The manager also spoke to us and repeating the same and ignoring us that we were told the offer was splitters between upgrade and breakfast. We are very disappointed the manager didn't try to check further and just firmly said that this amount is only for upgrade and not reasonly to charge for GBP 50 for breakfast therefore she indirectly referring us lying? And if the front desk staff followed up the first day to let us know then we could just eat something if would not be cancelled. We ended up paying GBP500 per night for our stay but the attitude of the staff including the bell boys are rude. We didn't get our room cleaned up until 3:30pm and the bath robes in our room have stain on it. Money indeed worst spent and they keep selling upgrades or other services to each arriving customers What it can be better is they communicate clearly or I feel it is onyy a scam and really disappointed by such a big hotel group.

Truly a great experience being in the heart of the city overlooking one of the most iconic landmarks in London. Services were top notch upholding the quality of the Marriott brand. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of the stay.

The WiFi was poor, and breakfast was mediocre.

The Staff was so sweet and friendly, she knew it was my birthday she wrote me a birthday card and offered some drinks, the location is fantastic right in front the London eye.
