The hotel room was quite old, looked even older than me! Breakfast was decent, especially loved the freshly baked croissants. The coffee was pretty average, but the tea was good – remember to ask for lemon!

An absolutely perfect stay, I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to return very soon!

It's rare to find a hotel of this quality in London at this price. The downside is that it's quite a distance from the main tube stations, but, most importantly, it has air conditioning!!

I initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.
