Amazing staff. Friendly and fast check in. The rooms were very clean and tidy and quiet. The location of the hotel is great too.

Poor customer service, a no care attitude, Poor quality rooms, not cleaned properly tables in restaurant are dirty, from arrival all the way to leaving the hotel was a let down. Pay a little more and get so much more better service . Managers need to care more about there customers and make an extra effort and lead from the front.

i have paid for the internet but getting access for one device only. WIFI must be free Poor Paid Breakfast

Comfortable beds, nice size room, and a small but functional bathroom. The coffee and tea supplies were very good. Safae was particularly helpful and upgraded us to a family room which we were grateful for. You need to ask reception for a hairdryer if you want one. A bathmat would have been helpful but not essential.

Safae Mario and wahida are the best. Perfect staff and they made My stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Fantastic experience and I would definitely come here again

Stayed at the travelodge excel when attending a conference at the excel for work. The hotel was ideally located, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was lovely and catered for different needs. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely return.

Great room very quiet and comfortable, great service at the bar by salman Service was quick and with a smile. Location is perfect for shows at excel for business or pleasure Highly recommend for business travel, breakfast was good, hot and served at a good time

This stay was great, a few minutes walk from the excel centre which is the reason we stayed, the staff were excellent the room was great with a lovely view, Marie who checked us in was friendly and very helpful we will definitely stay there again.

I don't often drop into a hotel just for a coffee, but the Travelodge London Excel is a place that I have done so several times. The staff are very friendly, the coffee much more reasonably priced than from typical coffee vendors and you can sit in comfort to enjoy it. I have no hesitation in recommending grabbing a coffee, whether you are staying at the Travelodge, or just passing by.

Very good location for visiting Excel London, very basic room, no fridge in the room. Food were not great my husband was poorly after had meatball dish, so he wasn't sleep all night. I don't want to complain just for your information. Breakfast is OK, staff morning shift very helpful and service mind if compare with the lady night shift.

Hotel was what you'd expect for price, if not a little better. The bartender, Abi, was very nice. Not walkable to excel center, but the Royal Albert DLR line is ＜100 yards away so it's still convenient. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good too.
