Everything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes. I had enjoyed every moment in Novotel Waterloo. I give 5 stars with no hesitation. I strongly advise.

The room is very good, and the service is also very good. At that time, Ctrip booked 2 adults and 2 children, but when I arrived at the store, it was said that only 2 adults were arranged, but after negotiating with the front desk, they said that they could help coordinate. In the end, it was changed to a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.

We stayed in Lambeth and the position was fantastic, just by Lambeth bridge opposite Lambeth Palace. Quiet room and friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of it. Well designed rooms and very clean. En suite shower separate to toilet, good idea!
