Hyatt Regency London - the Churchill Reviews

Goog location and service

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the environment is also good. Trip.com staff were excellent, always resolving issues promptly and patiently assisting me with communication. Booking with Trip.com gives me peace of mind when traveling abroad.

room assigned to me was lower than the room category booked, after complaint, they manage to change my room without compensation. first room was too small not even enough to open my loggage, glass on the table cut my leg and caused me injury. first night was bad, the other two nights were fine but hotel didnt take my complant seriois.

We had a luxurious stay at the Hyatt Regency. Service staff were very helpful and approachable. My sister sprained her ankle upon checking out, and the butler / doorman assisted with an ice pack and helping her get on the cab. The room was spacious enough and very clean as well. Will definitely be back here again if I’m ever in London! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
