This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Perfect for Christmas time, nice touches include the social drink hour and teas and coffees in the room. The whole experience was really special. The cocktail bar is beautiful and a lovely treat.

A classy and beautiful hotel conveniently located. The park view room faces Russell Sq offering a great view of the park. Room size is typical for Europe which means at same room type/level will be fairly smaller than Asian counterparts. The restaurants on the property are also highly recommended.

U get 0 service out from a so called 5 star hotel. No one is picking it up from the front desk line. The noise isolation is basically terrible. We kept hearing noise from upstairs during mid night. Upon checkout, we are requesting someone to help us carry the luggage but no one is attending

This hotel locates central, close to british museum. Location is quite good, close to underground (Piccadilly line) and bus stop.
However the front desk staff are rude.

Great solo traveller's option for a luxury hotel room! It is small but it has everything a traveller needs with a personal touch. I'm very content with the stay. The hotel staff were helpful and giving me more water on the road when I checked out.

Service is not at the level expected anymore for the price category of the hotel, used to be excellent in the category (been going for a few years now). Room not cleaned properly etc plus there was loud party music coming from downstairs and receptionist could only advise that it will stop at 12am - which for this price point of the hotel is not acceptable. You are likely to find a better hotel / service in the local area in the same price category that is far superior on service.
Food is good here.
