I am a repeated customer of this property. Everything meets my expectation except the following :
—the air con in the gym does not function well. So it’s quite stuffy there and not good for exercise . In fact I brought up the matter a few times over my past few trips to London but the situation has not been improved .
—- the door of the apartment is difficult to open. Instead of conventional door handle , one needs to use a small switch with very sharp edges and corners to open the door. Although the door design looks niche , it’s not too practical..

Facilities: Very complete and new!
Health: Very clean! Daily cleaning is very nice
Environment: The environment is very good and quiet. There are many restaurants around the hotel, as well as supermarkets such as Tesco and Waitrose. It is very convenient for shopping. Just a few steps downstairs is the underground, which is very convenient for traveling. It is quite close to many famous attractions, especially the Museum of Natural History. It only takes about ten minutes to walk~

Very recommended apartment. Recently renovated, the lobby is very grand, the facilities in the room are also very good, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, bowls, cutlery and forks. The master bedroom is spacious and has a large dressing room. The second bedroom has two single beds, a little smaller, but still enough. The living room is spacious and has a round dining table. The living room and master bedroom have balconies. The kitchen is bright and spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and clothes dryer. There is a small bathroom next to the kitchen (both bedrooms have bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, so there are three bathrooms in the entire apartment). The entrance hall is also very elegant. The apartment is just two to three minutes away from the subway station and Waitrose supermarket. You can walk to Kensington Palace and the Victoria Museum. It actually looks better than the photos.

It’s perfect for slow-paced travel as a family! The apartment is located in the residential area of Kensington, and the surrounding communities have complete security and supporting facilities. The subway is right outside your door, so it’s very convenient to go anywhere! We like to walk to the V&A Museum, Hyde Park and Harrods Department Store, and in the evening we like to take the tube to the West End to watch plays. The apartment is in very good condition, the kitchen is spacious, bright and fully equipped. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a lot of water but is very soft. In short, our family likes it very much and will choose it next time we go to London.
