Overall was good stay for 4 nights. Simple and good varieties of breakfast ( incl for vegetarian). Close to Waterloo UG Station and Eye of London. Helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Booked the Hop Off Londoin Bus Golden Tour bus from the front desk and it is walking distance to the Eye of London and National Theatre.

Booked a Premium Room but was checked into a Standard Room before being rectified from the second night which hindered the hotel experience. Hotel breakfast was good and fitness room was okay. Close to the attractions such as Tower Bridge and The Eye.

This hotel hasn't been renovated since 2023; it's at least fifteen years old. The pictures are misleading. Housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms daily unless you specifically request it at the front desk. Even then, they don't change the sheets. We were initially given a room that smelled strongly of urine. After contacting Trip.com, we were moved to a different room the next day.
