Absolutely amazing! The location is truly unbeatable. The hotel has a two-Michelin-star restaurant that prioritizes hotel guests, and usually, the manager takes their orders! I ate there three times in a week, which was a little much! Once is definitely a great experience though! They even gave me a special gift for my birthday, which was very thoughtful! By the way, their manager is quite handsome and attentive! The breakfast spread is super rich and I loved it! The service was also excellent! The bellboys were very helpful with the luggage.

We stayed in a Hyde Park Suite for one night on August 12, 2025. Upon departure, our credit card was charged £414. The reason was that several bottles of alcohol were missing from the suite, but our family hadn't consumed or taken them with us. We checked before leaving and the alcoholic drinks were still there. We complained to hotel management multiple times, but nothing worked. The hotel's communication was extremely inefficient, their attitude was mediocre, and they refused to acknowledge their mistakes or resolve the issue. We recommend that guests avoid pre-authorizing their credit cards. I contacted the bank, and they theoretically allow them to charge whatever they want. We've already returned, and there's nothing we can do about it. We hope our experience won't happen to other Chinese people again.
