We had a good stay, but the view from the balcony was a bit of a letdown. However, everything else was great for the three days we were there.

Straight forward check-in, clean apartment. Spacious and bright and there was a balcony too :) Tesco 1 mins away, tube 5 mins walk from the apartment. Will definitely book again.

Very good and clean accommodation. The only downside is that the closest tram stop is a six-minute walk away and doesn't serve all stations. Otherwise, the other one is about a 15 to 20-minute walk.

+ points: location is very good. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Kitchen is clean. Wifi connection is very good. Quiet space. Easy to get keys. - point : When I reached toilet seat (Commode) had Pee stains / urine drops. I make a video and send to the booking team , no reply for 24 hrs then, I have got the reply that I am sending someone to clean it ( why would I need to clean it after 24hrs) Carpet needs to change.

We really liked it, would stay again. There were some dirty stains on the carpet and the floor tiles in the bathroom were moving, but it didn't detract from our pleasant and cozy feeling. I believe these things will be fixed. Very convenient location. No city noise. Everything is safe and friendly.

Not bad, the environment is great. It's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station. Adding an extra blanket was quite expensive, either 18 or 80 pounds, but the room itself is huge and very new. I love it!
