An ideal hotel in prime location, whether it be for a shopping trip, night out or a tourist trip! All the staff were so kind and helpful! Thank you for a quick and easy booking/check-in experience and for a cosy stay with all amenities for a short stay!

Room a bit compact, but great location for the London Palladium, Sky TV wasn't working in our room, but was only to sleep in.

Great budget hotel, great location. The only downside is how small the room was, but overall a good stay.

Not bad

I killed two small reptiles on the bed before going to bed. I'm not sure what kind of bugs they were. Someone posted on other platforms that the hotel has a bed bug... I'm not sure if it's this hotel. Please read the reviews on the Internet before making a decision.

Rooms are small but clean. Staff great and the cafe on the 1st floor is really good value but overall it’s pricey. You’re paying for the location which is fab. So close to Piccadilly, Soho, Regent Street etc. Double bed was comfortable but you have to climb over each other to get in as it’s tight against the window wall and only available in one direction.

No Luggage Storage for Guests! Every other hotel will keep your luggage for a few days for free or for a fee as long as you'll checkin again in a few days. Now we're left to fend for ourselves and find storage elsewhere. Might as well have booked an Airbnb with these kind of services. Keep that in mind guys if you're considering this hotel.

Good location. Easy check in. Rooms are very small but are clearly what they State on the hotel description. I had a room with no window. The bed and bathroom are located next to each other only with a frosted glass wall so I wouldn’t advise these rooms are suitable for sharing with another person unless you are very comfortable with them.

The hotel is great, the location is perfect. Being a member of Z hotels gives you a cheese and wine every day 👏👏 and the staff cant be better, Facundo made me feel extremely welcome every day; he is friendly and helpfull 👏👏 👏👏 Fabrizio Iannuzzelli

Booked a room for a weekend. Not bad, clean, cozy. Booked queen room though as supposed to be a bit bigger. Not really sure how normal one looks like then but was nice enough just for a quick city break. During check-in was offered straight away to extend my stay by few hours which worked for me absolutely perfect. Did pay for check-out at 1pm straight away, absolutely happy that can have a bit more time. Next day, since 11am was called 4 times that supposed to leave my room. Each time had to explain from the very beginning that paid until 1pm. Each of the staff had to check it first and apologise at the end. In meantime cleaner got into the room twice expecting being empty and ready to clean (not their fault). Was well upset with completely lack of communication, paper work or professionalism at work to do my booking right. Lady in restaurant/bar was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Before I got my diploma I used to work in retail on Oxford street. Know very well how nasty customers can be and always have respect to anyone dealing with rude people each day but honestly. Lady was extremely moody. Had no idea how u get breakfast. Did ask shall I grab my coffee, shall I order that separate. Lady was puffing under her nose with absolutely ignorance about anything. Whatever asked for, apparently was out of stock and think she got pissed off when at the end asked her what you’’ve got then. With each question she was turned back to me, not really busy with work at all as was the only one there at the time….,ignored, then turned back again and finally replied. Straight after, I did see huge argument between her and another guest in the hotel. Guy was absolutely out of order but honestly. Wasn’t even sorry. As it works both ways. Woman, if you don’t enjoy working there then leave. Similar situation was with lady in reception. Both look quite young but might go through early menopause.. honestly. Calm down. Never seen such a bad service. If not some moody staff-area and clean nice room make it right, would come back. But after they go on retirement
