Spiders on the wall, bed bugs on the mattresses, toilets filthy, disgusting, ran down like a crack house, trap house, blankets with piss stains on them, broken chandelier, miscellaneous old broken down furniture, broken water heater laying at the front entry door of room, odor blankets that never been wash, scary, and should be ban from ******* as an partner. Customer service representative Elvis said to get out and recommended Brunel Hotel for our safety. ******* can’t get ahold of owner to refund the full amount of money. ******* should be held accountable for allowing this to happen to its customer with a horrible experience. We check out the next day and the ******* customer representative Elvis found us a safe, and clean hotel in Paddington.
Now we are waiting for ******* to refund us our money for this nasty experience.
