Location is very convenient, can do with a deep clean all around the room, and tidy up fix the cable the cracked when we were there it more like stay in teenagers flat. But all round will recommend this place for few reasons, like, for the economic trip and great location.

They kept some of my deposit without any contact about such which is very disappointing given it isn't even in the smallprint that they expect you to provide one when checking in. Pretty cheeky way to milk customers... They keep it for a full week first, and provide no reason for not fully refunding...

The location and amenities are good! Best budget stay with friends

No receptionist at all very poor service

Towels are not replaced unless requested. Same goes for room cleaning. We used the basement, but ventilation was difficult and the refrigerator welcomed us warmly, but the refrigerator was also not clean. However, I am satisfied with the good location for the price and it is not bad for just sleeping. But taking 50 pounds as a hotel management fee is a bit unpleasant. It's more expensive than accommodation, damn it Recommended for lodging only, not recommended for relaxation

It's too skimpy, and it's the ba*****t. The room is dirty and smelly. When I got to the room, I checked out immediately if I couldn't stand it anymore.

Very very dirty hotel, we arrived at 8 in the morning and until 3 pm there was no one at the reception. Everything very dirty, NOTHING TO SEE WITH THE PHOTOS.

Excellent location. The basic cleanliness, the sheets very good, but the bathroom had a good scrubbing pending on the cabinet doors. We did not have a breakfast option. Accommodation only. As we only wanted it to sleep and shower, it has been perfect.

Very poor (useless) WiFi, not even for reading e-Mails, and no 5G-coverage in the area. I was lucky to get a decent 4G-signal by placing the phone close to the window. Quite dirty around the corners, especially in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the room. Poor service (only one towel and almost out of toiletpaper).

Avoid at all cost! I’ve stayed in many ‘budget’ hotels, and this was by far the worst dump I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy!!! First room… towel rails, floor, tv etc thick with dirt/dust. I could have wrote my name in it- it was that dirty! Plug socket didn’t work.. was also loose. Lights/lamp didn’t work. Tv hanging off wall. I pointed this all out to a staff member. I got moved. The next room had the window held open my a chunk of wood. No window covers- at all! Tv etc again thick with dirt. Noise of a drip/creek from above me every 10-15 seconds- day & night. Only time I’ve ever complained… and only time I’ve tried to get another hotel. Avoid at all costs!

Given its cheap cost in a great location, you only get what you pay for. The room needs serious cleaning and attention. Basic bed and a peaceful place to stay for the night. Do not expect more. Refrigerator is a plus.

Stayed at this venue after getting stuck in London due to a recent train strike. Chose it primarily for it's low cost and central location as I didn't want to waste money, given that I wasn't planning on a hotel stay. On entering the room after check-in, there was a noise so incredibly loud that it would have made it impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep there! After immediately raising it with the clerk on the front desk, the manager investigated the source which was coming from one of the adjacent rooms. It appeared that the plumbing in the shower was generating a terrible racket when it was turned on. Incredibly, as opposed to the manager apologising to the occupant for the incovenience caused by dodgy plumbing, they rudely barked orders at them to turn the shower off like a prison guard addressing an inmate in a gulag. When I spoke to the manager myself, I was met with a very curt and offhand tone – clearly customer service and respect for paying customers is not included at this venue! The room itself was pretty basic as you'd expect for the price, complete with ancient fittings that have probably seen better days. I also doubt the bed will win any awards for comfort. To add insult to injury, when my £50 damage deposit was refunded, the hotel helped itself to £2.50 which was supposedly to cover merchant processing fees. Nothing was mentioned about surcharges when I paid the deposit nor does the venue's listing on ********** state anything about deductions.
