Brilliant experience. I was allowed to check in earlier which worked out really well as I wanted to drop off my luggage, change and head out. Hotel is located very short walk from tube, and fantastic coffee shop Over Under ( as a Heeton Hotel guest you will also get a discout how cool is that ! ) is just around the corner. Short walk to Kensington Gardens, V&A! Bed was super super comfy. View was lovely. The room had some signs of being an older but a very accommodating lady. Ladies at reception were extra kind, polite and helpful, thanks Sasha & Makyna ( apologies, I hope I spelled your name right). If I would be down again in Kensington area, I would probs choose this place again :)

Perfectly situated near earls Court tube line. Good location. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Nice friendly staff. Foyer very modern and clean. Room on first glance simple but modern and will all amenities needed. Upton deeper inspection some signs of wear and tear. Ripped carpet and bathroom could have been a touch cleaner. Tea tray and hairdryer provided. Would stay again. No breakfast. They have deals with local businesses to eat out and save money which is good.

Really dissatisfied with our stay.
The room was not totally clean, carpets stained and mould in the bathroom.
We were sleeping when water started pouring into our room from the room above.
Went to reception the next morning and they said they would fix this.
No room change was offered or discount. When we checked out all they could offer was a bottle of water.
Would not stay here again- it is loud, the rooms are extremely close together, a lot of maintenance work was being carried out and our room was not fit for purpose.
Very disappointed.

The hotel is well located, close to Earl's Court underground station and in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are ok, especially if you only want a place to rest and get going the following day.

I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was really kind, and the room was very clean. Also, they upgraded our room without extra money. I really appreciate that. The location was also perfect, near underground station. I really recommend this hotel.
