Park Grand Heathrow

The rooms were nice and clean, and the washrooms were also clean and properly maintained. The hotel had a great view, especially with the long glass windows, which added to the overall experience. Staffs: We arrived around 12 PM, and the staff were quite helpful and accommodating. A special mention to Shawn, Nikita, and Sanifa, who made sure we could get an early check-in. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Heathrow Airport and is around an hour away from Central London. However, connectivity through the Tube and buses is quite good, so getting around was not a major issue. Breakfast: The breakfast was okayish, but there was definitely room for improvement. Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available at the hotel, and they can keep your bags until the evening. However, they don’t provide overnight luggage storage. If you need to store your luggage overnight, you can use Bounce, as there are storage locations available within a few miles of the hotel. For Indians: The area also has a large Indian community, so you can easily find several Indian restaurants nearby.

The hotel is quite old and located quite far from the tube station. But there’s a consolation that there are a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and if you wish to go by public buses it is the best location. Saw spider webs at the ceiling and water seems to be very hard and feel slimy after washing hands or shower. Aircon outlet full of dust and control button is damaged

Very clean room, very friendly service, and location is optimal. I enjoyed my stay and would probably come back again. Just a note though, if bringing a car, parking is chargeable. See my photo for reference :)

Really liked Park Grand Heathrow Hotel, the location is a bit far out from central London as you have to walk another 13 min to and from the station in total will take you around 1hr but if ur going to Heathrow perfect location. . The hotels very clean hotel and has a very comfortable bed.

Their warmth and professionalism contribute significantly to the comfort and enjoyment of my stays.

The breakfast was very simple and nothing to write home about. However, the cleanliness of the room was excellent; the housekeeping staff had done a great job, and the room was spotless and immaculate.
