The room was spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The view from the window was expansive, and the soundproofing was superb. Highly recommended for business trips or travel!

Excellent stay! The room and bed were both spacious, and the front desk staff was exceptionally kind. The location is also fantastic. They provided drinking water, slippers, and welcome cookies. The 12 PM checkout time was very convenient, and my deposit was refunded extremely quickly. I even stayed here again the next day!

Undoubtedly the best Hilton in London. It surpasses other Hiltons in terms of service and security. Unlike other five-star hotels in London that merely claim the rating, this is a true five-star hotel with genuine five-star service. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Tate Modern.

Booked the hotel in advance, great value for money. The room was spacious. London was a lot of fun. Hope everyone has a wonderful trip! City walks are highly recommended. Enjoyed exploring and trying out different foods.

Excellent value with lovely presented rooms, amenities, swimming pool etc. Provides access to executive lounge for buffet breakfast, drinks, canapés and bar snacks. I will always stay here when visiting central London.

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. The service was also great, and they even extended our check-out by an hour for free. St. Paul's Cathedral, Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral, The Shard, and the Tate Modern are all very close by.

I arrived in the evening to check in, and upon entering the room, I found the turndown service already completed. This thoughtful detail alone made me feel this hotel was quite dependable. The hotel is situated by the Thames, and its location is perfectly adequate. It's within walking distance of nearby attractions and public transport, making getting around quite convenient. The public areas are decorated in a subdued American business style, without ornate embellishments. The combination of marble and wood furnishings is clean and streamlined, giving off an understated elegance that aligns with Hilton's consistent brand identity. The guest room has a typical chain hotel layout. The king-sized room felt spacious for central London, with plenty of room for luggage and everyday activities. The decor is simple and practical, with soft tones, and it's well-maintained, clean, and free from any obvious wear or tear. There's no excessive design flair; its main focus is practicality and comfort. The turndown service, neatly done in the evening, was meticulously arranged without unnecessary clutter, fitting the hotel's understated and steady character, making for a comfortable stay. I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming. The room is modern style with deemed light. There is not much in mini bar but enough for us.

Lovely front desk and concierge staffs. Housekeeping was not great and the rooms felt a bit dusty. We also found a dirty cleaning cloth with a spray bottle on our table apparently housekeeping got distracted and left these in our room. The beds were not made nicely on some days. Towels are often dirty and not well washed. Housekeeping would take forever to send amenities and the items would not be exactly what we’ve asked.

The room was spacious and very clean, with full amenities, very much in the Hilton style. Breakfast was decent. The location isn't ideal; it's a bit far from the main streets, even though there's a subway station within a 6-7 minute walk. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there's drilling noise after 10 AM. It's right by the Tower Bridge, which is a plus.

Last-minute booking for a 1-night stay at Hilton Bankside London. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a twin room for us despite originally booking a King Room. Usually hotels allow guests to choose between king or twin upon check-in, but here this hotel the king and twin categories actually come with different room rates, so I truly appreciated the effort. This Deluxe Twin Room was noticeably smaller compared to the spacious Family Twin Suite we stayed in previously, especially in terms of both room and bed size. However, aside from that, the overall stay was still decent and comfortable. One thing I personally preferred was that this room came with a shower instead of a bathtub. The mini-bar was also very basic — just 2 bottles of water and 2 packets of cookies. Overall, still a pleasant and comfortable stay for a short London stopover.
