The staff manning the welcome desk were so pleasant and helpful (for all the days we were there). One of the staff even helped us with our baggage on the last day as we were checking out and leaving the hotel. On the first day, the staff helped us to check in to 1 of our 2 rooms early as our flight was very early in the morning. Thank you LCH!

Ideal cosy little hotel, handy for the tube. I used it as a stay over for The Royal Albert Hall. Very helpful staff and polite.

Great location , helpful staff though the room is small

A fantastic hotel! The single room exceeded my expectations. It was fully equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Transportation was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The front desk staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if needed!

The hotel is very basic in terms of services. There is no elevator, nor do they serve breakfast or meals. The best: -1 minute from the metro -clean -very friendly receptionist -services nearby Worst: - mattress -absence of elevator

The hotel is a little small but the price is very reasonable. There are many fast food restaurants nearby. The door is a little small. You need to look for it to find it.

이 근처에 다른 호텔 예약했다가 컨디션이 너무 안 좋아서 급하게 구한 호텔인데 너무 만족했습니다. 엘레베이터가 없긴 하지만 그것만 빼면 방 내부 컨디션은 매우 좋았고 화장실도 깨끗하고 어매니티도 도브여서 좋았어요
