The hotel facilities are pretty good, and the breakfast was nice. However, the front desk service was absolutely disgusting. We called the day before to request an early check-in at 1 PM, and the front desk told us there would be an extra £20 charge for early check-in. Plus, they didn't provide any receipt. The female staff member at the front desk had a terrible attitude and lacked any sense of service. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.

I bought this room during the 618 big sale, and I absolutely loved it! It was my favorite hotel during this London trip. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the British Museum, and close to many famous attractions! The hotel breakfast was also very rich and diverse! If I come to London again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

We absolutely loved this hotel. First and foremost, its location in the heart of London is excellent, perfect for travelers without a car – there are metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to any part of the city. The hostesses and porters were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. We were given an accessible room, which featured wide doorways and a huge shower. The room had a comfortable bed and a pleasant climate thanks to the high-quality climate control system, which was much appreciated during the sweltering June days of 2026.

The room was spacious, breakfast was exceptionally good, and the reception service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right by Charing Cross Station, with plenty of great food options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean, albeit a bit small. It's super convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Chinatown, the National Gallery, Covent Garden, the British Museum, and the River Thames, all within walking distance. Public transport, both buses and the Tube, is also easily accessible. We mistakenly booked the wrong room type, but after some coordination with Trip.com customer service, the hotel was able to switch us to a twin room upon our arrival.

Fantastic location! All the main attractions are nearby and easily walkable. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a bit small, but still very comfortable. Plus, there's a police station right next to the hotel, so you can see mounted police coming and going daily, which is great for photos. Definitely worth staying again!

Very accessible location to the city centre. Charing Cross station is within walking distance. Highly recommend sticking to public transportation as there was one day my group took the ride-hailing option and we ended up stuck in London traffic.

Excellent hotel! The facilities and decor are very new. Housekeeping is done daily. It's about a 30-minute walk to attractions like London Bridge, the British Museum, and the London Eye. It's also very close to two tube stations. However, be aware that one of the tube stations is closed on weekends.

The bed, shower, and quietness all deserve full marks. Add to that the friendly, lovely, and multicultural front desk staff, and it's an incredible value. That's why I extended my stay and decided to base the rest of my London trip here, which turned out to be a very wise decision.

The service was enthusiastic. Although the room was small, it was very refined, and dinner was delicious too.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. They even brought up some documents I needed to print. The room facilities are quite new, which is excellent value for money in London at this price point 😂. I definitely recommend it.
