Very accessible location to the city centre. Charing Cross station is within walking distance. Highly recommend sticking to public transportation as there was one day my group took the ride-hailing option and we ended up stuck in London traffic.

Location is quite convenient for both work and tourism, as hotel is close to nearby Underground stations (I recall there were 2 or 3 to choose from), as well as tourist destinations including Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, Westminster (Big Ben), the Strand, Thames River and Buckingham Palace. Hotel building is classic on the outside and modern in the inside, with useful and thoughtful design within our room. Staff are very friendly and you could always find someone 24 hours a day, which was very helpful as we arrived with heavy jetlag and woke up at midnight to borrow umbrellas, enquired about walking around, and to look for food at the strangest hour of the night.

Very professional staffs and a clean facility throughout. Great F&B selections too.

And lo and behold - the signature is mine, it does not even resemble my first or last name. Bring a sample from the check-in. Well? And now I went to the station, and you pick up the recordings from the cameras and watch how the bartender with a hairdo rats under your nose! After 15 minutes the score came zero, to be fair. But keep in mind.

The service is also very good. The room is small. There are only a few breakfast items, but you can feel that the service staff and the chef are preparing them for us with care. On the first day, there was an Asian non-Chinese person. He was very wooden and did not show any empathy for the travelers who were already very tired but could not check in. His voice was like a mosquito, hey. When I paid the deposit by credit card, I tried to swipe it twice, but my credit card received an email reminder that I had paid more than 500 euros (more than 4,000 yuan). Then the front desk said it was impossible, and then I went in and asked the finance department for about 10 minutes and they said that the payment was indeed made. I was really speechless. Later, when I checked out and extended my stay, I was asked for my credit card information again. In short, although it is a long-established luxury hotel, the front desk and concierge are very difficult to describe and unprofessional. The people in the engineering department are very good. They came to help fix something in the room. Their attitude and service are also good. This is the only service staff who felt proactive and enthusiastic during the few days I stayed. [Restaurant]: I had a buffet breakfast for one day. I chose an English breakfast for 40 pounds. It was okay. The taste was satisfactory. In the next few days, I had breakfast at Caffe Concerto next door, facing the theater. It was really great, but the portion was too large. Don't order too much. [Hygiene]: The hygiene is fine, very clean, and the facilities are also very good. The two-room family room is expensive but it is indeed very comfortable to live in.

There is a beautiful cafe called Caffe Concerto next to the hotel, and the breakfast is also good. We had it for two days in a row.
