I will definitely stay with the Hub again when I am visiting East London.

Fantastic location, clean hotel and really friendly staff. I would highly recommend, and would definitely start here again.

Although good value, I think this is more suited to single people staying for one night. As a couple, we had to climb over each other during the night to get to the bathroom as the bed is against the wall. The aircon is quite hard to regulate so we got quite stuffy. We stayed for 2 nights and it was quite claustrophobic. I went downstairs to the bar one evening before dinner and saw a mouse run out from the kitchen underneath the gap in the breakfast bar which was quite unsettling, when I told the bar lady she didn’t really take it seriously. Maybe they need mousetraps. I wouldn’t stay here again as a couple.

This is a lovely little budget hotel in a prime location, for the right price. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well designed. You need to be prepared for a very small room, and it helps to be traveling with someone you know well as the bathroom is right in the center of things and not very private. But we were expecting that, too. This is I think the only Hub hotel in London where you are guaranteed to get a window, which helps, even though there is not much of a view. Breakfast is a good value and worth paying for. The hotel is located across the street from an M&S Food with late hours (as well as a Waitrose), so budget lunch and dinner are quite doable. And it is conveniently located near a number of Underground and National Rail stops. The only thing we wished they could do better was air circulation: access to more outside air would have helped. That said, we hope to come back again soon!

The hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and made sure that you were welcomed and not waiting for too long. The rooms were clean and quiet and the location was easy to get to.

Just near Bank station a perfect location room was superb, small, compact amd bijou but that's all you need . Slept like a log the room was quiet, blackout blinds. Breakfast was lovely and Elena was extremely helpful. First visit but will certainly return.

Great stay - room was cool dark and quiet - so we slept well. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Great location. Breakfast great value.

Great stay at the hub, the location is excellent. 3 tube stations within a few minutes. I was a bit worried the room would be small but I was very happy with the size of the room. Comfortable bed, great amenities in the room. We didn't have breakfast but used the bar and the cocktails were lovely and at 2 for £12 I can't complain.

Great for a single night away, cheap for London and has all you need. It’s a great location and very clean. The rooms are small but we only had one bag! Ask for more towels and pillows but that’s personal preference. I would stay again but no longer than a night as wasn’t the comfiest.
