We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a lovely birthday touch, we were also treated to a glass of Prosecco and delicious macaroons — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Chic design, friendly staff who will follow up on previous enquiry/small talk. Overall a pleasant experience. Would have been better with a tub, but didn’t really change the experience in my view

Location is great. Very close to Convent gardan. Coffee shop and supermarket just nearby. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are good quality.

I specifically sent xhs a recommendation. As long as the price is right, it is the first choice for every business trip to London. Holborn is in a great location. There is a Chinese front desk. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Covent Garden and the British Museum, and close to the subway station. Transportation is convenient. The room is relatively large in London, and slippers are provided. The only problem is that the water pressure of the shower head is a little low.

The service is particularly poor. The attitude is very bad. There is no room when I arrive. The service staff has no expression and does not greet me.

The front desk service was average. One woman had a particularly sour face. The room was incredibly small, especially the bathroom. There was no toothbrush.

It was unexpectedly good. The room size was okay, the decoration and product selection were exquisite, and the hotel service was also very good. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. Because there was no breakfast, a few pieces of bread and snacks were given.

It's still very good. The water pressure is quite strong and the water is very hot. Slippers are also provided, which I really didn't expect 😂. A lot of coffee and tea are added every day, and new sheets, bath towels and toiletries are replaced. The service staff at the front desk and lobby are also very friendly. The location is also very good. There is no problem except that it is expensive.

The most frustrating thing is that I bought a room with breakfast included, but there was no hot food except hot coffee for breakfast, unless you ordered it, so I had yogurt, fruit, bread and coffee for two days. Even an egg was charged extra. There was no bottled water in the room. The good thing is that the lobby bar is good.
