The hotel has a very excellent location. The check-in was self-service, but it was easy. The room was extremely small, but acceptable for the price.

While the reception staff was very welcoming and nice, I cannot recommend this hotel. Having a shared bathroom was highly inconvenient for my trip. The bathroom is located on a different floor, accessible only by narrow stairs that are incredibly loud and creaky at night.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay experience, mainly due to the unprofessional conduct of the hotel’s female manager. This female manager displayed an extremely hostile attitude towards me during our interaction. She used harsh words and made insulting remarks, lacking basic professionalism and respect for paying guests. As a customer, I failed to receive the basic courtesy and respect I deserve. I strongly advise other travellers to avoid this hotel. I urge the hotel management to take disciplinary action against this manager and improve its service standards immediately.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close fully however it wasn’t really a problem for us as we only stayed 1 night and didn’t spend much time in the room. Happy with the price of the room and everything else was good for our 1 night stay

No shower in the room for 72 pounds is very expensive

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely cold and poorly insulated — the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear everything happening outside and in nearby rooms. Cleanliness was also a major issue, as the toilet was dirty upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Great reasonably priced hotel near Victoria Station. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and warm.
